At Old Topanga Coffee Co., we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our coffee. Every order is roasted and packed to ensure you receive it at its best. Because coffee is a perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once it has left our roastery.
That said, we always want you to love what you receive. If there’s ever an issue with your order—such as damage in transit, an incorrect item, or a quality concern—please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Non-returnable items
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

Roasted coffee beans or ground coffee

Limited or seasonal releases

Gift cards

Items marked “final sale”
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.
Merchandise & non-perishable items
We gladly accept returns on unopened, unused merchandise (such as mugs or apparel) within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return or issue is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
